Meals on Wheels has been improving the quality of life for aging Rockland County residents for more than four decades. Our Home Delivered Meals program provides fresh, nutritious food designed to cater to the dietary needs of older adults. Caring volunteers deliver more than just a meal - their daily visits provide a vital safety check and friendly conversation that reduces loneliness and isolation. Our Senior Activity Centers provide a “home away from home” where participants develop important friendships and enjoy a host of activities with a specific focus on health and wellness. Door to door transportation to and from our centers is available throughout the county.
