Every Thanksgiving morning we have something we refer to as “Big Wheels, Deliver Meals”.  Before our community leaders, have their meal with their family, they show up at Meals on Wheels to deliver Thanksgiving meals to homebound Rockland Seniors.  And this year, the rain didn’t keep them away or stop them from sharing the joy…

Our annual Pie Sale would not be possible without the volunteers who come and help us box, organize and prep for “Share a Piece of the Pie”.  Thank you!!

We had our grand opening of our fifth Senior Activity Center on October 30, 2024.  It’s located in Haverstraw.  We’re excited for all the good times and new friendships that will be made there.  The talented Stan Schwarz generously took these pictures of the event.

Monday, October 21st we held our 6th annual fall gala, Cornucopia.  It was a night to remember with amazing food prepared by the area’s most talented chefs for wonderful people with big hearts.  Thank you all!  Enjoy the gallery of moments captured by George Pejoves.  

Sunday, June 16th was a breathtaking day, perfect for the Rockland Road Runners Hook Mountain Half Marathon, 10k and Kids Fun Run.  The race benefited both Meals on Wheels Rockland and Achilles International.

Our Senior Activity Center participants had a lot of fun at Bowline Point Park during our Annual Senior Picnic! They danced, ate, and even threw axes!

We had a great day for our annual Golf Outing on May 6th.  Thanks to all the golfers, sponsors and volunteers who made this event possible!
