What a day March 21st was for our Senior Activity Center participants — one of their favorites, SENIOR BOOT CAMP, made a triumphant return. On a pause since Covid, Boot Camp 2024 was held at Dominican University’s Hennessy Center. Members of our four Senior Activity Centers came together for activities to keep their minds and bodies moving. “Richard Simmons” kicked the day off. The participants visited 28 vendor tables and enjoyed ten activity stations run by volunteers and DU’s wonderful Baseball team (who also joined in on the dancing). The event concluded with lunch and a performance from OFA’s fantastic musical group The Music Makers.
